Field Service for your NWL T/R Sets and Controls

Our field service department has supported NWL customers worldwide from our headquarters in Bordentown, NJ as well as through our sister company, NWL Pacific, in Korea.  We plan to open a facility in Europe in 2010 which will include at least one dedicated service technician and have recently expanded our service offerings to include T/R Fleet Analysis and HV Oil Filtering.

We have partnered with Weidmann Laboratories in order to offer a complete range of oil testing services, including Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA).  It has been accepted within the transformer community that DGA is the best diagnostic tool available when assessing transformer health.  Our technicians will collect oil samples, and Weidmann will provide a summary report that includes measurements for each T/R set and recommendations for future actions. 

Our filtering system will remove carbon deposits and free water from your transformer oil.  The unit is lightweight (about 100 lbs.) and transportable in an industrial plant.
