PowerPlus - NWL's switchmode power supply which integrates the T/R, switchgear and controls into a single, integrated package. The high frequency DC output puts more power into the fields, improving dust collection.
PowerPlus is available with a wide variety of options. Power output from 28 to 120 kW are currently available, with more sizes under development.

Linear Transformer/Rectifier Sets - highly reliable power conversion equipment which takes single phase, 480 V input. Secondary voltages of up to 135 kVDC and secondary currents up to 2500 mADC available.
NWL provides a wide range of options for these products, from custom designs and our 'standard' models, to complete refurbishments or repair of your old NWL transformers.

Graphic Rapper Controller - this is the most comprehensive rapper controller on the market. The GRC has a number of diagnostic and troubleshooting features and can store and recall up to 5 distinctive programs automatically based on boiler load or time of day.

| Precipitator Control and Management System - NWL's central ESP controller which integrates power supply, rapper, and hopper control into a single program. A single system can control up to 8 precipitators. PCAMS data can be transferred to your plant's DCS via our optional OPC server. Using remote access software, you can control your ESP from any location. |
