The photos above show a GE T/R set that was recently repaired at NWL's Bordentown NJ facility.  GE, Westinghouse, and Research-Cottrell, among others, supplied thousands of T/Rs for electrostatic precipitators throughout North America.  Getting parts for these old units is next to impossible, and finding a reliable and cost-effiective repair partner is difficult.

NWL now fills this void by offering partial or full refurbishments to these older, non-NWL T/R sets.  We don't simply repair them using old components; we restore them to Better than Original™ condition by leveraging our magnetics expertise, engineering talent, and manufacturing muscle and applying it to these older products.  You will then have a T/R set rebuilt using the most recent transformer production 'best practices' and newest electrical components, backed by the longest warranty in the industry.

In the event your T/Rs cannot be rebuilt, we also offer brand new replacements, which will be close, but not identical, to the fit, form and function of your original T/Rs.  Modifications to your existing ductwork would likely be necessary.
