NWL provides both upgrade kits for existing Electrostatic Precipitator T/R control systems and complete SCR-based control enclosures. At the heart of these systems is our latest generation Graphic Voltage Controller (GVC), which combines the following features:

• Digital Signal Processor (DSP) capable of analyzing over 75,000 signals/sec.
• Graphical display and keypad module (shown at right) 
• Calculation/Display of V/I curves, peak voltage, and trending
• Interchangeable module that enables communication with all major fieldbus and industrial Ethernet protocols (optional) 
• SD card slot for future product enhancements

Upgrade Kits

GVC upgrade kits can be used on both NWL and non-NWL controls. A retrofit kit contains these components:

1. Graphical display and keypad module
2. T/R Control module, which includes:
   1. DSP board, with optional Anybus module for integrated fieldbus communication
   2. I/O board for connecting feedbacks and alarms
   3. Power supply board
   4. Optional rotating hammer rapper control board
3. SCR trigger module
4. Cables for interconnecting the above components

Complete T/R Control Enclosures

Should your control requirements dictate an entire equipment replacement, NWL can supply complete T/R control enclosures, which will include SCR switchgear, circuit breakers, and the GVC.
