John W. Kosiba, Jr.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

John Kosiba was appointed to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in April 2017. Mr. Kosiba is responsible for the overall financial management of AMSC’s strategy and operations.  He oversees AMSC’s finance, accounting, treasury and internal audit functions.

Daniel P. McGahn

President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Daniel McGahn was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in June 2011. McGahn joined AMSC in 2006 as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Asian Operations.
