NWL, Inc is announcing the sale of the assets of its Capacitor Division to CD Snow Hill, LLC, a subsidiary of Cornell Dubilier Electronics, Inc.
According to Robert Seitz, president of the Capacitor Division, this sale will allow NWL to focus on its core business segments of transformers, inductors and power supplies for industrial and defense applications. Cornell Dubilier will continue operations at NWL’s former plant in Snow Hill, NC.
